Meaning of the name
A light red wine to be enjoyed chilled during your aperitifs, it accompanies you throughout the year, evoking sunny vacations and La Collière.
Tasting notes
Beautiful garnet-red robe with ruby highlights, luminous.
Upon opening, the nose offers notes of fresh red fruits reminiscent of cherry, crushed strawberry, or juicy pomegranate. Delicate and charming, the aromatic palette also includes more powdery notes of cocoa bean, licorice stick, and bouquet of roses.
The palate follows the same tone, it is supple, soft, and velvety. The tame tannins provide enough volume to balance a welcome freshness.
Pairings
To be opened now and within 3 years, whether in summer or winter, with a mushroom sauté, veal liver, on a picnic, or in front of a match. This cuvée is perfect to be opened among friends as an aperitif.
