Tasting notes
Beautiful gold color with silver highlights. The nose quickly expresses yellow flowers, a touch of sweet spices as well as a very pleasant subtly woody tone reminiscent of sandalwood. There are notes of citron, mandarin and broom in turn reinforce the complex and elegant expression of the aromatic bouquet.
The palate is frank, fresh but with lot of body and charm. Balanced and fine, this wine is very elegant.
Pairings
Drink within three years with thin shrimp tarts, asparagus flans, fish in foil or of course simply as an aperitif.
