Tasting notes
Garnet-red robe with ruby highlights.
What characterizes this cuvée, Les Bergeronnettes, is its immediate elegance and precision. Airy, dynamic, almost playful, it is a charming wine par excellence. Aromatically, one is overwhelmed by notes of ripe red fruits, cocoa powder, sweet spices, delicate fruity touches… it’s a complex and powerful bouquet that lingers and seduces.
The palate is ample and generous. The present but gentle tannins support a well-constructed framework between density, richness, and finesse. The gentle aging process has patiently crafted all the characteristics inherent to a balanced and typical wine, a worthy representative of our Southern Rhône Valley appellations.
